Roncalli has gone a perfect 10-0 against Deuel recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Cavaliers will look to defend their home court against the Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. The timing is sure in Roncalli's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Deuel has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.

On Tuesday, Roncalli was able to grind out a solid win over Milbank, taking the game 3-1.

Roncalli walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-16, 21-25, 25-15, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Deuel hadn't done well against Florence/Henry recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Cardinals skirted past the Falcons 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Cardinals have posted since September 18th.

Deuel wouldn't go down easily and took Florence/Henry into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-18, 25-21, 21-25, 15-9.

Deuel's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 5-17. As for Roncalli, their win bumped their record up to 15-10.

Everything went Roncalli's way against Deuel when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Roncalli made off with a 3-0 victory. Do the Cavaliers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cardinals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
