Softball Recap: Wakefield School Comes Up Short

Wakefield School fell victim to McLean and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Highlanders, falling 10-0. It was the first time this season that the Fighting Owls let down their fans at home.

Wakefield School's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for McLean, the win keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wakefield School will challenge Yorktown at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for McLean, they will face off against Herndon at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
