Basketball Recap: Hodgson Vo-Tech Takes a Loss

Hodgson Vo-Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 69-45 to the William Penn Colonials. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Delaware basketball rankings (they are ranked 40th, while the Colonials are ranked tenth).

Hodgson Vo-Tech's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for William Penn, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-6.

Hodgson Vo-Tech will host Glasgow at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Glasgow is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.7 points per game this season. William Penn has already played their next game, a 66-34 win against Newark on the 4th.
