             Columbine can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game  on Monday. Everything went their way against the Lakewood Tigers as the Columbine Rebels made off with  a  3-0 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  victory the Rebels have posted  since September 3rd.
 While Columbine might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Lakewood scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-21,  25-22.
 Columbine  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 13  aces. That's the most  aces they've posted since back in October of 2023.
 Despite the loss, Lakewood still got an impressive performance from   Adi Dunbar, who  had seven  digs and 29  assists. Dunbar has been hot , having  posted 21 or more  assists the last six times she's  played.
 Columbine's win  ended  a  six-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 6-12. As for Lakewood,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 11-11.
 Columbine didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  3-2  victory against Dakota Ridge on the 29th. Lakewood has also  already played their next game,  a  3-0  loss against Valor Christian on the 29th.
