The East Duplin Panthers will challenge the South Lenoir Blue Devils at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

East Duplin is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took a 77-69 hit to the loss column at the hands of North Lenoir on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Hawks: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, South Lenoir was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 60-40 to Southwest Onslow. While losing is never fun, the Blue Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 412th, while the Stallions are ranked 34th).

South Lenoir's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for East Duplin, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.
