Soccer Recap: Northeastern Clinton Takes a Loss

Northeastern Clinton managed to keep up with Beekmantown until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Cougars came up short against the Eagles, falling 4-1. The loss continues a trend for Northeastern Clinton in their meetings with Beekmantown: they've now lost seven in a row.

Northeastern Clinton now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Beekmantown, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 8-1-1.

Coming up, Northeastern Clinton will venture away from home to challenge AuSable Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Beekmantown, they will welcome Plattsburgh at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
