Volleyball Game Preview: Oswego Indians vs. Central Heights Vikings

The Oswego Indians will square off against the Central Heights Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Oswego saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Heritage Christian Academy.

While Oswego was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Central Heights also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Yates Center by a score of 2-0. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Yates Center scored at least 20 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20.

Oswego's loss dropped their record down to 13-19. As for Central Heights, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-17.
