South Bend Saint Joseph strolled into their game on Wednesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They never let the South Bend Adams Eagles get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. Ten seems to be a good number for the Huskies as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Jacob Snyder tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched.

On the hitting side, Brett Mason was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high. Joe Washburn was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple.

South Bend Saint Joseph's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games.
