Cromwell entered their contest against Proctor on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Despite the defeat, Cromwell saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Shannon Lund went 5-for-9 on her way to 13 points along with six boards and three steals. Lund is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in each of the last nine games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Isabella Anderson, who posted six points and nine rebounds.

Cromwell's loss dropped their record down to 21-4. As for Proctor, they pushed their record up to 22-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Cromwell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Proctor, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, an 81-45 win against Cambridge-Isanti on the 22nd.
