On Tuesday, Checotah got the W thanks in part to Mason Rainbolt playing the best baseball he has all season. Rainbolt wasn't messing around, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out nine over 4.1 innings pitched. The pitching appearance was his sixth straight with six or more strikeouts.

Coming up, Rainbolt and Checotah will square off against Chouteau-Mazie at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
