Softball Recap: Wood Wildcats vs. Rodriguez Mustangs

Wood fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Rodriguez on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 7-6. Madisyn Farnham spent all 7.1 innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and four unearned) runs on ten hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
