Jamestown is 9-1 against Mandan since September of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Bluejays will head out on the road to face off against the Braves at 7:00 p.m. Mandan took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Jamestown, who comes in off a win.

Jamestown will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Century, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Bluejays walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Patriots on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Mandan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Bismarck, falling 3-0.

Mandan was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-13, 25-22.

The win got Jamestown back to even at 4-4. As for Mandan, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Everything went Jamestown's way against Mandan in their previous matchup back in September of 2023, as Jamestown made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bluejays since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
