Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eisenhower). They couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 82-41 blowout they got against the Capitol Hill Redwolves. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Eisenhower's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-6. As for Capitol Hill, they are on a 23-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Eisenhower and Capitol Hill could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings. Eisenhower (ranked 280th) will meet Putnam City North (ranked 34th) at 7:30 p.m. on January 14th. Similarly, Capitol Hill will challenge Choctaw at 7:30 p.m. on January 21st down 353 places (407 vs. 54).
