Dane Iguess posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only a hit while striking out 12 over seven innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Welsh is 2-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 1-4 otherwise.

Coming up, Iguess and Welsh will be playing in front of their home fans against Oberlin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
