Basketball Recap: Sam Dodd's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Harding over Kingsway Christian

Harding was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Kingsway Christian Eagles, falling 51-28. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Skippers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 41-28 back in December of 2024.

Harding's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sam Dodd, who posted six points. The dominant performance also gave Dodd a new career-high in rebounds (four). Another player making a difference was Ella Adams, who put up eight points and ten boards.

Harding's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Kingsway Christian, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

Harding has already played their next contest (against Badger), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Kingsway Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
