Volleyball Recap: West Anchorage Comes Up Short + How To Watch

West Anchorage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Bettye Davis East Anchorage Thunderbirds, falling 3-0. The Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Thunderbirds earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

West Anchorage's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Bettye Davis East Anchorage, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. West Anchorage will face off against rival Service at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bettye Davis East Anchorage is set to take on their familiar foe South Anchorage at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
