Heritage Christian owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over the North Texas C Crusaders. Considering the Angels have won six games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Heritage Christian, bringing their record up to 8-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for North Texas C, they now have a losing record of 12-13-1.

Heritage Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Texas C, they will challenge Rhea County at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. The Crusaders are facing the Golden Eagles at the right time seeing as the Golden Eagles are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
