Baseball Recap: Salisbury Takes a Loss

Salisbury lost against Thomasville last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Hornets fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 6-5. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Salisbury's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Thomasville, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-9 record this season.

Salisbury will host Atkins at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Thomasville, they will face off against East Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight.
