Volleyball Recap: Coronado Takes a Loss

Coronado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Yuma Criminals. The Dons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Criminals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Coronado's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Yuma, their win ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 4-7.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Coronado is set to take on their familiar foe Dysart at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Yuma will square off against rival Cortez at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
