Volleyball Recap: Friday's Victory Is Hickory's 16th in Last 18 Outings

Hickory saw some tournament action on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Polk County Wolverines.

Hickory is on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season. As for Polk County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-7.

Hickory wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Community School of Davidson on the 27th. As for Polk County, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Kings Mountain on the 27th.
