Soccer Recap: Woodruff Comes Up Short

Woodruff was the 4-2 winner over Southside Christian when they last played one another back in May of 2015, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolverines fell 2-0 to the Sabres on Tuesday.

Woodruff's defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Southside Christian, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-9.

Woodruff does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Southside Christian, they will welcome Palmetto at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
