Volleyball Recap: Warner Robins Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Warner Robins was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tift County Blue Devils. The Demons were not able to make up for their defeat to the Blue Devils from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

While Warner Robins was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-23.

Khamari Lowe paced Warner Robins' offense, picking up seven kills. Lowe got some help from Ava Sexton and her nine assists. Sexton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Warner Robins' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Tift County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coincidentally, Warner Robins and Tift County will both be playing Thomas County Central the next time they take the court. The Demons will head out to face the Yellow Jackets at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Blue Devils will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
