Armstrong lost to Georgetown-Ridge Farm back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Trojans came out on top against the Buffaloes by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.

Despite the loss, Georgetown-Ridge Farm still got an impressive performance from Madi Spesard, who had 11 digs. Spesard has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last three times she's played.

Armstrong's victory bumped their record up to 21-10. As for Georgetown-Ridge Farm, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Armstrong is set to take on their familiar foe Westville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Georgetown-Ridge Farm will square off against rival Hoopeston at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
