Basketball Recap: Superior Takes a Loss

Superior was the 53-45 winner over Thompson Falls when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Superior Bobcats fell 60-49 to the Thompson Falls Blue Hawks on Saturday. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Superior now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Thompson Falls, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-5.

When Superior and Thompson Falls next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Superior will challenge Seeley-Swan and their four-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Thompson Falls will try to stop St. Ignatius' six-game winning streak when the meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
