Soccer Recap: Northeast Plays to a Tie

For the first time since back in August, Northeast was forced to settle for a draw on Thursday. Neither they nor the Logan County Cougars could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw.

Northeast hit Logan County with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Janelle Roland, Malea Ewing, and Gabby Navarro.

Northeast's draw gives them a new season record of 3-4-2. As for Logan County, they moved theirs to 5-6-2.

Northeast wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, an 11-2 loss against Rossview on the 24th. As for Logan County, they have also already played their next match, an 8-0 defeat against Franklin-Simpson on the 23rd.
