Basketball Game Preview: Atlee Raiders vs. Glass Hilltoppers

The Atlee Raiders will challenge the Glass Hilltoppers on Friday. One thing working in Atlee's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 18 games.

Atlee is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They walked away with a 63-54 victory over Churchland. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 16th, while the Truckers are ranked 61st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Tuscarora typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Glass proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Huskies by a score of 58-49.

Glass has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.1 points over those games. Atlee's win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 24-1.
