The Desert Mirage RAMS's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 72-26 loss at the hands of Twentynine Palms. Desert Mirage was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-16.
Desert Mirage's loss came despite strong showings from Adan Martinez and Omar Martinez. Martinez scored 11 points, while Martinez scored ten points.
Twentynine Palms' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Javius Webster, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Webster continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Victor Shephard , who scored nine points along with five assists and five steals.
