Britton-Hecla is 9-1 against Wilmot since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Britton-Hecla Braves will square off against the Wilmot Wolves at 7:00 p.m. Britton-Hecla will be strutting in after a victory while Wilmot will be coming in after a defeat.

Britton-Hecla will head into Friday's contest hoping to keep the good times rolling: they proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by 25) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past Great Plains Lutheran 51-49. While the Braves didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Meanwhile, Wilmot was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against Waubay/Summit, falling 61-28. The game marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Britton-Hecla has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Wilmot, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.

Britton-Hecla couldn't quite finish off Wilmot when the teams last played back in January of 2024 and fell 43-40. Can Britton-Hecla avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
