Baseball Recap: St. Louis HomeSchool P Patriots vs. St. Charles West Warriors
St. Louis HomeSchool P was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took an 11-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Charles West Warriors. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.
Isaiah Skaggs made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Ben Janssen, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
St. Louis HomeSchool P's loss dropped their record down to 21-16. As for St. Charles West, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-11.
