Volleyball Recap: Burlington-Edison Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It was a proper cat-fight when Burlington-Edison challenged Lynden on Tuesday. The Tigers lost 3-0 to the Lions. Tigers fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Lions since Tuesday.

While Burlington-Edison was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-15, 25-23.

Mia Ray paced Burlington-Edison's offense, picking up seven kills. Ray got some help from Reese Tyler and her 17 assists. Tyler was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Burlington-Edison's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Lynden, they pushed their record up to 8-0-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.
