While Badin put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Carroll. Badin put the hurt on Carroll with a sharp 18-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Rams, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Kendall P. was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out eight over four innings pitched. P. was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and one double.
In other batting news, Erica Kuhnash was a standout: she scored four runs while going 2-for-3. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Sophie Brown, who went 3-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
Badin has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
