Softball Recap: North Judson-San Pierre Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact North Judson-San Pierre can now relate to. They lost 9-0 to the South Central Satellites on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 21 runs in the game before, the Bluejays' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

North Judson-San Pierre's loss dropped their record down to 10-14. As for South Central, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-6-1.

North Judson-San Pierre does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Central, they are on the road again on Saturday to play Argos at 10:00 a.m. The Satellites' pitcher better be ready for this one: the Dragons have averaged an impressive 6.3 runs per game this season.
