            Football Recap: Tualatin Timberwolves vs. Clackamas Cavaliers        
        
		
        
        
            
Tualatin gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener  on Friday. They took their  game  with ease, bagging  a  49-14 win over the Clackamas Cavaliers. For the Timberwolves, this counts as revenge for the   60-39 victory the Cavaliers walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in November of 2016.
 Cole Hachmeister was a one-man wrecking crew as he picked up 168 receiving yards and a pair of  TDs.
 Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Tualatin proved: they limited Clackamas to a paltry 2.6 yards per carry. The Timberwolves' ground attack was stronger, having averaged 5.3.
 Despite the loss, Clackamas still got an impressive performance from   Dylan Brower, who threw for 199 yards and one  touchdown, and also punched in one  score on the ground. A healthy portion of  Brower's aerial production (105 yards to be exact)  went to  Yab Awgichew.
 Coming up, Tualatin is taking a road trip to  challenge Jesuit  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Clackamas, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ida B. Wells  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
