Westfield had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Brearley Bears an 8-0 shutout. The Blue Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by six runs or more this season.
