Basketball Recap: Union Snags Sixth Victory in Last Eight Games

Union won the last time they faced Weston-McEwen and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Union Bobcats took down the Weston-McEwen TigerScots 51-32. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bobcats.

Union has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. As for Weston-McEwen, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Union will host Pine Eagle at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Weston-McEwen, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Irrigon at 7:00 p.m. Irrigon knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Weston-McEwen likes a good challenge.
