Softball Recap: Triway Wins Going Away Against Clear Fork

Triway's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They put the hurt on the Clear Fork Colts with a sharp 22-11 win. The matchup marked the Titans' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Triway got a massive performance out of Alyssa Hochstetler, who went 4-for-6 with one home run, seven RBI, and three runs. That's the most hits Hochstetler has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenzie Gatti, who scored four runs and stole two bases while going 5-for-5.

Triway always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .612. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Triway now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Clear Fork, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Triway wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 8-4 loss against Manchester on the 3rd. As for Clear Fork, they have also already played their next contest, a 5-2 win against Galion on the 1st.
