Baseball Recap: Cushing Comes Up Short

Cushing fell victim to Berryhill and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Chiefs, falling 14-0. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Chiefs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Cushing now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Berryhill, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cushing will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Perkins-Tryon at 6:00 p.m. on the 30th. As for Berryhill, they will square off against Munford at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
