Basketball Recap: Mountain View Bruins vs. Payson Lions

Mountain View was the 58-55 winner over Payson when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Mountain View Bruins were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 47-46 to the Payson Lions. When it comes to explaining why Mountain View lost, don't look at Jaxson Hockersmith. Despite the final result, he went 5 of 9 on his way to 16 points and eight rebounds.
