Baseball Recap: Western Wayne Wildcats vs. Lake-Lehman Knights
It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Western Wayne ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They had just enough and edged the Lake-Lehman Knights out 12-11. Both teams can probably skip cardio this week after making that many trips around the bases.
Ethan Grodack and Alex Decandis did most of the damage at the plate: Grodack scored four runs and stole two bases while getting on base in five of his six plate appearances, while Decandis scored a run and stole two bases while going 3-for-4.
