Softball Recap: Connersville Spartans vs. Lawrenceburg Tigers
Connersville was the 7-4 winner over Lawrenceburg when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Connersville Spartans fell just short of the Lawrenceburg Tigers by a score of 7-6 on Monday. Connersville has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Bre Brock was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with a home run and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Rayleigh Bresher, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and a double.
On Lawrenceburg's side, Ava Hall made a big impact while hitting and pitching.
