Green Level won against Fuquay - Varina last Monday with 68 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Green Level Gators walked away with a 68-55 win over the Apex Cougars. The Gators' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Green Level's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaac Ericksen, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 11 boards. Ericksen has been hot, having posted nine or more boards the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Israel Eatman, who went 6 of 12 on his way to 13 points and six rebounds.

When it comes to explaining why Apex lost, don't look at Zaelyn White. Despite the final result, he went 10 of 15 on his way to 27 points and four steals. That's the most points White has posted since back in January. Stephen Beatty was another key player, putting up eight points and four steals.

Green Level's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.6 points per game. As for Apex, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Green Level will venture away from home to face off against Panther Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Panther Creek will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Green Level surely won't give up without a fight. As for Apex, they will host Cary at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Apex knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Cary likes a good challenge.
