North Hall came out on top against Cherokee Bluff on Friday thanks in part to Smith McGarvey's efforts. McGarvey rushed for 56 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only five carries, and also picked up 38 receiving yards. The performance also marked the most rushing touchdowns (two) he has had since back in September of 2024.

McGarvey and North Hall will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against East Hall at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. McGarvey will face off against Jamarcus Harrison, the Vikings' star quarterback. With these two excellent players competing for bragging rights, there's bound to be some exciting action on the field.
