Volleyball Recap: Catholic - N.I. Takes a Loss

Catholic - N.I. saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Parkview Baptist Eagles.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-11.

Amelie Trappey paced Catholic - N.I.'s offense, picking up seven kills. Trappey were helped by Renee Frederick and MacKenzie Batiste, who contributed five assists each.

Catholic - N.I.'s loss dropped their record down to 25-16. As for Parkview Baptist, they pushed their record up to 23-10 with the victory, which was their 11th straight on the road.

Catholic - N.I. has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Pope John Paul II on the 1st. Parkview Baptist does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
