Baseball Recap: North Shore Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for North Shore's offense. They lost 7-0 to the Pasadena Memorial Mavericks on Saturday. The loss leaves the Mustangs still looking for their first win of the season.

North Shore's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Pasadena Memorial, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4-1 record this season.

North Shore will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Sterling at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. North Shore is facing Sterling at the right time seeing as Sterling is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Pasadena Memorial, they are taking a road trip to take on Manvel at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Manvel is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 12.2 runs per game this season.
