Aurora had won two straight games and Wyatt Pollet did his part to make it three on Friday. The Huskies took their game with ease, bagging a 34-0 victory over the Adams Central Patriots with plenty of help from Pollet, who rushed for 150 yards and one touchdown on only 14 carries, and also threw for 59 yards and one TD. His passing game has become a key predictor of Aurora's success: the team is 2-1 when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 1-2 otherwise.

The win got Aurora back to even at 3-3. As for Adams Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Coming up, Aurora will host Lincoln Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Huskies will be up against the Crusaders' rather soft defense (which has allowed 26.5 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Adams Central, they will venture away from home to take on Cozad at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots will be up against the Haymakers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 30.83 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
