There's no place like home for Davenport, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. Everything went their way against the Ridge Community Bolts on Tuesday as they made off with a 16-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Broncos in their matchups with the Bolts: they've now won six in a row.

Jordyn Duran was a standout: she scored two runs and stole four bases while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was Avalina Cleffi, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Davenport always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .576. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

The victory got Davenport back to even at 8-8. As for Ridge Community, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Davenport will face off against Lakeland Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ridge Community, they will take on Haines City at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
