PJ Faul Delivers Best  Effort of Season
  PJ Faul produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Haskell to the win  on Friday. Faul rushed for 194 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.2 yards per carry, and also threw for 175 yards and four touchdowns. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 55 yards.
 Haskell's win  ended  an  eight-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 2-4. Faul and Haskell will challenge Hulbert at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.

Jaseir Posey Crosses Big Stat Threshold
 While Thursday's  victory was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman  Jaseir Posey. He was excellent on Thursday, throwing for 244 yards and five touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes. Thanks to that strong showing,  he's  now averaging 3.2  passing touchdowns per game.
 This season,  Posey  has thrown 19 touchdowns while averaging 339.7 passing yards per game.

Cody Botts Delivers Electric  Performance Vs Pocola
 Hulbert was sadly handed a  loss on Thursday, but  Cody Botts did his best to prevent it. Pocola had no answer to  Botts  as he rushed for 149 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries. Botts' longest rush was for an impressive 66 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
 Hulbert's defeat was  their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 1-5. Botts and Hulbert will welcome Haskell  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.

Noah Ellis Makes It Two for Haskell
 The second Haskell player making an appearance here is  Noah Ellis, and for good reason. He forced a fumble and made 13 total tackles (4.0 for loss).
 On the season,  Ellis  has averaged 4 total tackles per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after six games last season,  he was only averaging 0.17  total tackles per game.

Lubbock Drake Rounds Out Top Five
 Rounding off our Top Five is  Lubbock Drake of Warner. Drake forced a fumble and made 12 total tackles.
 This year,  Drake  has averaged 12.7 total tackles per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 38.17  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 79.33  rushing yards.
