Softball Recap: Briarcrest Christian Takes a Loss

Briarcrest Christian lost against Tipton-Rosemark Academy back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Saints lost 14-1 to the Rebels.

Grace Gleason was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run.

Briarcrest Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Tipton-Rosemark Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 20-14-1 record this season.

Briarcrest Christian wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 8-2 loss against Arlington on the 24th. As for Tipton-Rosemark Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 15-4 defeat against St. Benedict at Auburndale on the 24th.
