Vista PEAK Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Denver East Angels, falling 81-57. Even though they lost, the Bison's still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 50.2 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Despite the loss, Vista PEAK Prep still got an impressive performance from Jade Hibbler, who shot 50% from the field on her way to 19 points. Hibbler has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times she's played. Zaria Rogers was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Vista PEAK Prep's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Denver East, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-5.

Coincidentally, Vista PEAK Prep and Denver East will both be playing Rangeview the next time they take the court. The Angels will host the Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Bison will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
