Recap: Princeton Tigers vs. Hall Red Devils
The Princeton Tigers put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 57-40 win over Hall. Given Princeton's advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 68th, while Hall is ranked 290th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Princeton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Miyah Marie fox, who scored 15 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Camryn Driscoll, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 10 rebounds.
Princeton's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Hall, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Princeton will be playing at home against Bureau Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hall, they will square off against Aquin Catholic at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Aquin Catholic's defense has only allowed 25.1 points per game this season, so Hall's offense will have their work cut out for Hall.
